By referring qualified people, you can earn a bonus if your referral is hired. This program provides us with better candidates for employment in technical and administrative positions.

Technical positions eligible for our referral program include the following:

Software Developer, Systems Software (work in Farmington, MI & various locations through out the US/multiple openings) to research, design, dev & test software.
Requires Master+3 years relevant experience or Bachelor+5 years progressive experience. Required experience must include 3 years using Linux. Will accept foreign educational equivalent of required degree & requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout US.

All Digitial Technology Solutions, L.L.C. employees, other than those working in key managerial roles, are eligible to participate in the program. In order for the bonus to be paid, the applicant must indicate the name of the referring employee on the employee application when it is submitted. Bonus to be paid for a full-time position is $ 1000.
